1:ORDERS
Shopping with Joy Lim Charms and Crystal is absolutely safe -- you never have to worry about credit-card safety when you are shopping at our site. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe.
We gladly accept orders offline for customers who prefer it. For this option, please fill-up the form with the product items you wish to order and we will have a sales representative attend to you by email or sms within 48 hours (working days).

2:PAYMENTS
We accept wide payment terms from bank transfer - BPI, Metrobank and Eastwest banks; Online payment - All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and Pay Pal; and Money Remittances - LBC, Cebuana Lhuillier, MLhuillier and Palawan Express Pera Padala.

2:SHIPPING
For Philippines - - It will take 1-2 working days processing time after payment has been made . Once endorsed to the courier, you will receive the package the next day. Anywhere in the Philippines, it is a next-day delivery, unless you live in a very remote area. For same-day delivery applicable for Metro Manila only, there will be additional cost depending on the area.
For International - - Please fill-up the form and we will give you an accurate several shipping options. Shipping Fee depends on the total weight/dimension of the package. If more than Php 20'000.00 worth of products, shipping fee is free.

3:PRODUCTS
All items are cleansed and energized before sending them. We also include the DOs and DONTs on how to properly take care your charms and crystals. Specially with figurines there will be a guide on where to put for luck enhancement and protection.

4:RETURNS
Exchange of damaged item due to shipping are accepted only within 7 days from the purchase date and is subject to availability. If not satisfied you may return the items back to us within 7 days via JRS Express or LBC only. Full refund. No questions asked. Items should be in original condition, original packaging, not used, not damaged. Buyer will shoulder the shipping back. For items purchased outside the Philippines, please e-mail us and then return the items via USPS to the authorized branch where purchased. Please provide a tracking no. that can be checked online.
Return Policy protects and gives clients peace of mind. It makes the buyer feel they are not obligated to keep the product even if they’re not completely happy with it. We do not refund shipping fees.
